Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We ship orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail, and can only ship to one address per order. Buyer may request alternate shipping methods or pick-up if you are located near by.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Local Codes, Laws and Ordinances for live plants vary drastically, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local policies and obtain any permits necessary for shipping. If your area requires special permits please contact Greenman Gardens to arrange shipping at Greenman@greenmangardens.net.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We can no longer ship to Canada due to Canadian Customs. We can arrange for shipment of orders over $200 to Canada for an additional $40 shipping fee to cover the additional cost of obtaining all the nessecary permits.

SHIPPING TIMES

During the warm months, June – Aug we ship our plants out on Mondays and Tuesday to insure delivery by the weekend. During the rest of the year we watch the weather in the shipping route closely to determine the best shipping times. Greenman Gardens will contact you once we have shipped your items, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure expedient pick-up of live plants . All plants should be removed promptly and carefully on arrival from there packaging.

GREEMAN'S GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse sale.
We guarantee that all plants will arrive to you alive and in good condition for growing. If there is a problem with your Plants, you must contact Greenman Gardens, LLC with in 3 days of receiving your plants. Please include the following information in your email:

• First name, last name, shipping address, email address, customer number, order number
• List the items you wish to return and the reason you want to make the return.
• If returning defective or damaged merchandise, please describe its condition.
• State if you would like to get a refund, store credit or exchange with like item(s). List the items you would like in exchange for your return.
• If there is a price difference between the returned item(s) and the exchanged item(s), Greenman Gardens will contact you on how to make a payment.

When returning merchandise, please remember:

• Wait for a Confirmation email from Greenman Gardens, LLC.
• For merchandise damaged in transit, call the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
• Use the original packaging to return items.
• Goods must be returned and received by Greenman Gardens, LLC prior to a refund or exchange.
• We offer many tips and information on growing our plants, however we make no guarantees too there survival under your care and only guarantee that they will arrive in good condition.
• Items must be unused or defective to be returned.
• C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

Greenman Gardens, LLC may not be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. In some instances Greenman Gardens, LLC may provide cultural histories of the Human uses of our products. Greenman Gardens, LLC does not make any guarantee or claim to the accuracy of these histories. Greenman Gardens, LLC does not promote or condone the human consumption of our products, and makes no claims to that effect. All plants unless noted otherwise should be considered poisonous. Some plants are known herbal medicines and dietary supplements, consult your physician prior to use.
